  • Completed his ICMA degree from Institute of Cost & Management of India
  • As a first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Rajeev Goenka started the Purv Group in Kolkata in 1994.
  • Today the group turnover of Purv is 200 Crore.
  • Purv group is having diversified business interest in Petro-products, Beverages and Education.

We have always believed that “Nothing is achieved Overnight”. Keeping in mind we started a journey 25 years back, taking small steps to build an empire and positive workplace where everyone is passionate towards the organization. But, without a hard working and a dedicated team it would not have been possible to achieve and so I am proud of my whole team walking along with me to achieve what we are today.

CCIPL, deals in Caps & Closures catering to the Packaged Drinking water (27mm Alaska) and Carbonated Soft Drink Industry(PCO 1881 2pc with liner).

Our products are strictly passed through quality control tests and certifications to provide user with unmatched quality.

Key highlights :
Manufacturing prowess – Our units are present in Kolkata (West Bengal) & Kotdwar (Uttrakhand) with machines from Sacmi Imola Inc, Italy having a total combined capacity of 100 million for water closures (Weight 1.5g and 1.35g) & 30 million of CSD closures per month. Sacmi Imola Inc. Italy machines are renowned worldwide for their quality precision in the Caps & Closure industry.
Raw material sourcing – We use only virgin food grade quality granules procured from Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd , Borouge, Actega.
Packing & Stacking – Closures are properly packed in 5 ply corrugated boxes with food grade liners and stacked on plastic pellets for a healthy keep up.
Closure Quality – Our Quality Control lab is well equipped for an hourly/daily testing of closures as per the specific & necessary requirement with the following equipment – Secure Seal tester, Torque tester, leakage tester, MFI tester, GoNoGo, BS tester, Tensile strength tester etc.
Variants – Personalised closures as per the individual client requirement such as Embossing, Debossing & Printing.
Certificates – We are in the process of getting our company certified under FSSC 22000 from TUV- SUD. 2nd stage audit and certification, set for 19th April 2021, was postponed due to the current pandemic situation. We provide Colour Migration, Metal testing certificate, Food grade & COA of RM & PM certificates along with Company FG COA certification at the time of dispatch.
Maintenance & Housekeeping – The entire premises is maintained by proper housekeeping and contracted with Rentokil PCI for better keep up of Pied piper service, pro guard service etc. on a routine basis.
Customer portfolio : A Pan-India presence and distribution network with branches at Kolkata, Kotdwar, Guwahati and Raipur. We feel privileged to supply to many Corporate and Individual clients and are blessed with their satisfied response in return. Our clients include Bisleri International Pvt Ltd (North, East & North East India), United Breweries Kingfisher(Pan India),Foster, Rail Neer, Patanjali, Aqua Diamond among others. From Kerala in South to Goa in West, to Punjab in North to Assam in East, we have it all covered.
Future road map In 2021-2022, we plan for
  • CSD single pc closure Sacmi machine.
  • Injection machine for 2lt handle.
  • Injection machine for 20 ltr jar closure.

OUR MILESTONES

1994 - started as S. R. Enterprises – a proprietorship firm, trades in chemicals and petro-products

2005 - Purv Flexipack Pvt. Ltd., flagship Company, incorporated in a view to corporatize the business activity

2007 - Purv Flexipack commenced operation at Guwahati.

2014 - Purv Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Incorporated – to commence the activities in the trading of imported school furniture and accessories and school laboratories

2015 - Started Purv International School at Durgapur, West Bengal

2015 - Acquired Airborne Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a manufacturing unit of multilayer Polyfilm (LD – LLDPE) & Shrink Film and window metalizing film

2016 - Purv Logistics Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated to start the business of Customs Handling Agents (CHA)

2017 – Formed Cool Caps Industries Pvt. Ltd. to start the first manufacturing unit for production of bottle caps for packaged water at Howrah, West Bengal

2019 – Started joint venture for promoting own non-alcoholic beverage brand ( Fruit juices and other aerated drinks) in Maharashtra and planning for launching the same in West Bengal and other states too.

2020 - Started the second manufacturing unit of bottle caps at Uttrakhand.
