Cool Caps Industries, a publicly listed company on the Stock Exchange of India, is a subsidiary of Purv Group. We are a leading manufacturer of primary and secondary packaging for the beverage industry, specialising in providing comprehensive solutions for all bottling needs. From manufacturing caps, PET preforms, handles, to shrink films, we are your one-stop shop for raw materials. Our innovative approach extends to recycling, producing high-quality RPET flakes from scrap plastic bottles. Excitingly, our future plans include B2B bottle-to-bottle initiatives with RPET granules. With over 6 years of experience, we have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional products that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
At Cool Caps, we take immense pride in our commitment to uncompromising quality.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, equipped with cutting-edge technology, allow us to produce goods that adhere to the highest industry standards. Our Sacmi cap machines and Milacron injection moulding machines ensure top-notch quality. Our recycling project, equipped with Tomra and BoroTech machines, processes 1500 metric tonnes of waste, yielding 1200 metric tonnes of RPET flakes.
Proudly boasting a cap production capacity exceeding 4000+ metric tonnes and upcoming 2500+, we are poised for industry leadership. Our handle production capacity is 4.5+ crores, with an upcoming 7+ crores, and preforms at 60 lakhs, expanding by an additional 60 lakhs. Our stringent quality control measures ensure that each product undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee its durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
